Remake of Sims 1 House! - 1BR, 1BA, Decks, Driveway

My first house upload! While I'm not as creative with houses as my better half is, I know what I like and take a LOT of pleasure in decorating the houses he builds. This time, however, I decided to try my own hand. There was a house in Sims1 that I loved to play with (Don't remember the lot number offhand), but it was a nice little house, simple, and I enjoyed it. I have taken that house as a basis for this one, and tried to remember as many of the wall placements as I could.

I have raised it up a bit on foundations, added a front and back deck, and a driveway. The yard is fenced in, with flowerbed barriers in the front as well as hedging for decoration.

I added flowers around the house itself, however didn't add trees. I find that people's tastes in the trees vary widely, and I just left the ones that were on the lot when I placed it.

The house is completely UNfurnished (half the fun is decorating!), but is carpeted and wallpapered, as well as having wooden flooring in the kitchen and bathroom. Most of the furniture/windows/etc I use normally requires the Grand Trianon set, so I tried to keep the required downloads to a minimum. (If you haven't downloaded Trianon yet, DO IT! Go here.)

While I built with only non-custom items (Even though the porch stairways seem to think they're custom when I ran it through Clean Installer), there is one download you will need to use the house as-is. Roddyaleixo's 'Invisible Driveway' was used to make the brickwork driveway on this lot, and you can find it for download HERE.
