Remake of Sims 1 House! - 1BR, 1BA - Lot 5 House

The third of my Sims1 remake houses. This house is Lot 5, the one right across the street from the Newbie house. (I'm NOT remaking that technicolour nightmare yet... not until I've had far more coffee than I have now.)

As with the others, there were some changes I had to make.

1. Enlarged the bedroom a bit, it was too small.

2. Added flowerbed borders in front and back.

3. Wallpapers and flooring different from the original.

4. Sizing of kitchen and bathroom may be a bit 'off', I can't remember the house size exactly.

House is $13,633, making it an ideal starter house. The patio has been remade in the back, as well as the flowerbeds that surrounded it. The rest of the lot has been left empty to allow for personal tastes in decorating with trees and such. There is also plenty of room left for those who wish to add a driveway.

While this lot SHOULD be compatible with all versions and expansions, I labelled it as NL because I have no way of knowing if the wallpapers and floors I used are packaged with that expansion. Only Maxis items and architecture were used.
