For my fellow Aussies, especially Cathy and the gang at AussieTopenders.

“Enchantment” is build on a 4x4 lot, 3 story including roof top garden, features opened sided vaulted gallery with arches at front & rear, a glass dome and attached garage. Cost $379,757.00 partly furnished and fully landscaped or $ 200,596.00 unfurnished. This lot was build with both NL and University EP and will require both EP to work properly.

First floor: - formal dinning; kitchen; study; two bathrooms; parlor; family/games room and outside courtyard with pool

Second floor: - four bedrooms and two bathrooms. Optional usable room above garage.
