Appalled at the lack of any modding tools for the Mac, I slapped this together in a few weeks worth of spare time. It's quite preliminary, and a lot remains to be done, but this seemed like a good time to toss it out there and see if there is any interest. If there is, I may keep going with it.

OSX only. No documentation yet. Feel free to do whatever you like with it.
