The MTS2 Mac Downloader is a simple Automator applet which simplifies the process of downloading multiple files from MTS2 for Mac users.

Requirements
  • Mac OS X 10.5.x "Leopard" (MTS2 Mac Downloader will not work on older versions of Mac OS X)
  • Safari 3.x or higher

Installation
Unarchive the file. No further installation is required however you should move MTS2 Mac Downloader to convenient location.

Usage
In Safari, navigate to a page on MTS2 with downloadable content. Launch MTS2 Mac Downloader. The downloader will create a "Sims 2" folder in your Downloads folder (~/Downloads/Sims 2) and automatically download the custom content into that folder.

  • 1.0 Initial Release
  • 1.1 Updated to deal with the loss of QXpress links. (No QXpress simplifies things greatly)
