Willowwind - 2 Bedroom with Courtyard

Situated on a 3x3 lot, coming in at 64,084 simmoleans, is this 2 bedroom/3 bathroom house.

Downstairs is a carport, with steps leading into the kitchen/dining area. In this area is also a bathroom for guests. A covered front porch leads into a livingroom with fireplace, and around towards the back is a study area.

Stairs lead up towards the bedrooms. There is a master suite with a sitting room, bedroom itself, dressing room and bathroom. The other suite is a bedroom and bathroom. There is a fireplace in the master suite, as well as a balcony.

With a flat adobe roof, there is room for plants, hot-tubs, and telescopes. Exterior stairs lead up from the courtyard, and then up to the second floor roof as well.

The courtyard has a small pool, as well as some landscaping. Finishing it all off, there is some decent tree growth around the house.

Included: A custom wall and floor - honey stucco, used for the walls and the roofing.
