Description:
Two-story starter house for 2-3 Sims, furnished, with porch in front + back and a driveway.

1 x double bedroom
2 x bathroom
1 x kitchen/dining
1 x livingroom
1 x spare room (nursery)

Basic appliances included: lights, toilet (2x), shower, fridge, kitchen sink, trashcan, phone, burglar alarm (front door only), smoke detector, bookshelf, driveway. This house also has a crib and a potty.

Expandability: Top floor could be enlarged, probably also rooms added off the kitchen (haven't tried).


Note:
If you get an "expansion pack data required" error upon installation, please try Clean Installer instead of the Maxis one. Apparently this is a known issue (not specific to this download), see this thread describing the problem and this post (daysies) explaining the workaround.
