Starter house with fenced-in garden, furnished for 1-2 sims, with some extra space but no spare rooms (so this isn't a house to have lots of kids in -- although you could presumably convert the upstairs bathroom into a tiny extra bedroom and only use the downstairs one (perhaps enlarge it a little).
