After a short vacation i have build a new house in victorian style. I used a plan and i have tried to build this house as accurate as possible after this plan. This is a 5x6 lot and costs 98.700 §.

This house has on the 1st floor
- foyer
- family room with fireplace
- livingroom
- diningroom
- large kitchen with breakfast corner
- 1 bathroom (toilet)
- utility room

and on the 2nd floor
- master bedroom
- 2 bedrooms
- 2 bathrooms
- 1 toilet
- 1 dressing room

On the second building has
- laundry
- utility room
- garage.

This house is not furnished but you can complete all rooms, because it's very easy to found the function of all rooms. It's suitable for a family with 2 kids.
