What can you give a Sim who has everything? Gutters, of course!

This 11 piece pack will add that finishing touch to your Sims' home. It includes:

2 corner pieces (regular and inside corners)
2 gutter lengths, single and double length
1 endcap for terminating a gutter nicely
1 downpipe
1 downpipe - single storey with foundation
1 downpipe end - multi-storey with NO foundation
1 downpipe end - multi-storey WITH foundation
1 centre piece - multi-storey
1 top piece - multistorey

Finished in neutral pearl, this set begs for recolours, please!! No distribution on pay sites unlesss I get 33% of the gross and a limo...any other use, please link back to here.

The gutter meshes are based on the model plane so as to not interfere with wall space. The downpipe is cloned from the Maxis notice board.

Face/vert count is in the 50's except for the downpipe where it is in the 140's because of bevelled edges.

The .OBJ names follow the package name format. (the 35 in the name indicates the optimum roof angle for the set)

Usage: The gutter pieces will only go one way so that's easy. The corner pieces can be rotated to fit a particular corner. The end cap sits on the very end of the terminating gutter if it doesn't run all around the house.

***NOTE***

The height of the eaves (and thus where the gutter should sit) varies with your chosen roof angle. This set is optimized to look right on a 30 - 35 degree roof. Lower or higher than that, it will sit under the eave or on the roof itself. I will release kits for more angles later.

Removed the requirement for 'moveobjects on' cheat. You can now place the items without it.
