This is a simple starter home under $20,000. This is a typical modular trailer home that can be used to build a trailer park where the ever elusive breed of white trash sims can be found... or old folks.

The White Trash Trailer home features 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a simple furnished kitchen and bathroom with a spacious living room and dining room areas. The cheapest of wall coverings and carpeting is used.

Also has a driveway, a deck and of course no trailer home lot would be complete without a kids sandbox (non-functional).

"White Trash" is not a racist term... it's a cultural class or lifestyle. If you look it up in the dictionary, it basically refers to those of poor or bankrupt of culture or "working-class". White trash can be any race. Rossanne is proud of her white trash heritage. Other famous white trash or white trash characters are Kenny McCormick, Beavis and Butthead, Married with Children, Trailer Park Boys, Eminem. The Jerry Springer Show is considered a "White Trash" show.
