This 3x3 lot is of a middle class apartment building called the Regal Apartments. It contains 4 floors (5 with roof) with elevators and stairs. There are 12 (10 1-bedroom and 2 2-bedroom) apartments and 1 managers accomodations. There is also a lobby, recreation area and space to park 4 cars.

Each apartment is has a furnished kitchen and bathroom. The doors can be replaced with the claimable doors from University so that each sim can claim thier own apartment. Could make a great dormatory for University as well!

Cost is around $180,000.
