Category: Lots & Housing > Residential > Starter Homes
Cost: 19.952
Lot size: 3x2
Nightlife expansion required.
Custom content included: 1 x Wallpaper, by myself
Description:
Four-bedroom starter house, furnished for 1-2 sims but can easily hold a larger family and will also support community lifestyles (three of the bedrooms are large enough for a double bed, and there's four bathrooms). Enough room for driveways, combined kitchen/dining/living room with large terrace in font, some landscaping/decoration.
1 x double bedroom
4 x bathroom (2 x furnished)
1 x kitchen/dining/living room
4 x spare room (unfurnished)
One of the bathrooms (the leftmost one in the overview screenshot) can also be converted into another small bedroom, if you move the left wall by one tile. Basic appliances included: lights, toilet, bathtub, fridge, kitchen sink, phone, trash can, smoke detector, burglar alarm, bookshelf. This house also has a TV.
Note:
If you get an "expansion pack data required" error upon installation, use Clean Installer instead of the Maxis one. Apparently this is a known issue (not specific to this download), see this thread describing the problem and this post (daysies) explaining the workaround.
Have fun!

Install Instructions
1. Download: Click the download link to save the .rar or .zip file(s) to your computer.
2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file.
3. Install: Double-click on the .sims2pack file to install its contents to your game. The files will automatically be installed to the proper location(s).
- You may want to use the Sims2Pack Clean Installer instead of the game's installer, which will let you install sims and pets which may otherwise give errors about needing expansion packs. It also lets you choose what included content to install. Do NOT use Clean Installer to get around this error with lots and houses as that can cause your game to crash when attempting to use that lot. Get S2PCI here: Clean Installer Official Site.
