And will cost your Sims $80,084 to live in this Unfurnished deluxe single wide trailer.

If you want the fully furnished model ready for your family of 4 to move in and start playing
it will cost your Sims $158,800

I do have all the Expansion packs including the family fun stuff installed so unless you have all some items might not show up.
But the basic lot should show . If not please let me know
