Here's my newest starter home, the Country Charm. Featuring a *VERY* open floor plan, this cute little home has a empty main floor, for the living/eating areas, and a bathroom. Upstairs is the balcony styled sleeping area. Good for a single person or couple, or a vacation home, this cottage is sure to be a welcome addition to any neighborhood. =)
