Seaside Haven - a small neighbourhood terrain (OLD THREAD UPDATED AS PER MTS2 POLICY CHANGE)

The people of Seaside Haven love their lives in their small, sleepy little hamlet. On one end of the terrain is an area perfect for a downtown-type or a community-lot area. On the other, the suburbs that our Sims know so well. :P

This is *not* beach-lot enabled.

You will need some sort of camera fix to see the whole neighbourhood properly, I recommend Gunmod's camera mod.

Included are all files needed to see the terrain in the catalog, as well as the four .png terrain type files.

To install, unzip and place files in My Documents/EA Games/The Sims 2/SC4Terrains.
