This is the first time I tried to built a garage near a house on foundation and it worked! Thanks to a great tutorial written by niol!
Lot size: 5x5
Costs: almost 125,000§

4 bedrooms
4 bathrooms
a living room
a dining room
a study
2 car garage (and 2 parkings in front of it)

The lot is furnished except the kidsroom.

As staceyxoo wished I built the house without using costum content.
