Colonial Country Farmhouse - 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms (No CC)

Hi everyone! This is my first upload on MTS

The houses I usually build are not particularly special, but I'm pretty proud of how this one turned out, so I decided to upload it here. It was inspired by a picture on Pinterest (which I tried to recreate to the best of my ability), more specifically this one: https://www.pinterest.com/pin/400116748122187017/
... which is also where I took its name from.



It is a 2-floor residential lot, with 4 bedrooms and a nursery (I'm not sure if that's considered a bedroom but I think so), and 3 bathrooms. It has a spacious backyard with a swimming pool, a grill area, a small playground area and even a lake. It was made for a specific family in my game, made of 7 members: 3 children, their parents and their grandparents.

The only CC I have used, and which are not included in the package, are the wooden floors used in most of the house, the stone floor used in the kitchen, and the walls in some rooms. These can be found here on MTS (shoutout to the creators of these!):

Of course, I'm pretty sure the house will work even without them, but I much prefer it with them.
As for the rest, I do have the Ultimate Collection so all expansion packs and stuff packs are required for it to work.

Policy: feel free to edit it as you want, but I'd like it if you left the overall structure as it is. However, if you do make any edits to it, please please please do not reupload it, or at least let me know and give me credit for it. Thank you!
