Little Annie

Little Annie is a small Queen Anne style Victorian home. It sits on a 2x2 lot and costs $48, 371. Little Annie was inspired by the beautiful Victorian siding by The Sorceress. I just love the color -- though it was hard to decide. She made it in several other beautiful colors. The pattern is exquisite and lines up perfectly. (of course, I’ve learned to expect nothing less from Jolanda,, aka The Sorceress.).

The house is fully furnished in a light, feminine, garden style. One note, if you are redecorating -- even though it doesn’t look like it, the area with all the plants in the bedroom has too low of a ceiling (due to roofline) for sims to access. Don’t put a chess set there and expect them to be able to play it. You will need to use move_objects on to place items in this area.. It is just the one row of tiles right next to the wall.


DOWNLOAD: You need to download the Very Big Oleander from Aussie TopEnders, http://www.aussietopenders-sims2.com/. It is under “New Meshes” and is titled: Lucas’ Giant Garden Music Oleander. It would be a good idea to download it when you have a little extra time, because you will undoubtedly find other things you need.

In this house, it is a simple white fence that edges the porch perfectly. Though not used here, be sure you take a look at all the marvelous stairs she has -- you won’t have to use those ugly clunky Maxis stairs any more.

There are just too many quality walls, floors, and terrains for them not to be included. Plus, these talented ladies have begun to do a few select recolor -- all to the same exacting quality standards of the walls.
