Nocturnelady, my daughter, accepted to build and furnish this house together with me, and I'm very proud of that.
Actually she built this house and let it to me for details, furnishing, landscaping and so on.

It's a lovely gothic house, 2x3, 67500 simoleon. it comes with a large living room, a little kitchen and a little bathroom on the groundfloor, a comfortable bedroom and a large bathroom on the first floor.
It's the right one for a single who like this light-gothic atmosphere or a young couple who want to enjoy their first honey-moon years alone.
You can admire the nice livingroom with a study corner, where the columns works as original dividers; it's a great place for parties with friends.
The backyard has enough space for barbecues and hot-tub.
As always, it's possible to add a garage or a car-place but Nocturne thinks it's not the right thing to have in a gothic house (but, ehi, you could use the invisible one).

Furnished with Maxis stuff, no hacks, no CCs, checked with CleanInstaller.
