Hey there,

Today I present to you the third and possibly final lot in my "House of" set. I might make another one if I can find a house that I really like.
This house is definetly alot cheaper than the other two but I still quite like it.
The roof didn't really turn out how I would of liked it, but I thinks it's fine.
It is more for the people who like like nice houses rather than huge extravagant mansions.

Now here's the details:
- Built on a 3x4 lot
- Costs §85,104
- Includes a nice little Granny Flat at the back for anyone who would like another room
- Two patios, one over the garage and one over the left side of the house
- A one car garage
- A little path with trees.
- Includes 7 rooms including the granny flat
- It has a little hill at the back, I don't know why I put it there but it looks nice
- The lot contains 2 floors
- On the bottom floor I have made what I think you call a 'Split level room'.

Yes I am sure you have all realized that it is not furnished. I might get to furnishing it one day.
