Today I bring you the house of quaint.

It was built on a 4x3 lot and will set your sims back by ยง158,149.
The house includes:
- Master bedroom with an ensuite
- Childrens bedroom with two single beds and a cot.
- A bathroom with a shower, toilet and sink.
- Kitchen with supplies there.
- Living room with fireplace, computer and a T.V.
- Outside deck with chairs and a table.
- Swing, barbecue, telescope on a deck and a spa are all outside.
- Two car garage including cars.
- A large feature of plants at the front of the house.
All of this has been built on just one floor.

I might go back and delete all the furniture in my game so I can upload a non-furnished one.

There is only 3 parts of custom content in the house and they are:

Ailias's white and black edge smoother which is a part of a set is here.

I also used Tre Zillah's Mercedes (2005) for one of the cars, and that can be found here.

Remember do not upload this lot or any other of my lots to any site at all, even the exchange!
