'Roanoke' - Sleeps 12 - 6 Bed/5 Bath - No CC

Alrighty..

Per request, I've created a house that can sleep at least 12 people. There are 5 bedrooms on the second floor (for the kids) and a master bedroom and master bathroom on the main floor. There are only two levels, and the house doesn't look overly huge from the outside.



Gardening and landscaping is not my strong point, but there is a low-maintenance front and backyard with garden, and about 1/4 of the lot is available for expanding! (I foresee a guest house or apartment for the older family members?)



I do NOT have Seasons, but I have everything else up to BV. There is also no custom content at all in this house! It is furnished to the point where you could plop a family into it and they could go about their daily lives.. but you'll want to customize it with custom items probably ^_^

This is the first lot I've uploaded anywhere, so leave me some feedback!
