This dorm is 4 small apartments and fully furnished. Each apartment has a large bedroom with double bed, large bathroom, kitchenette, tv area. Each apartment also has 2 dorm style doors so each person can still claim their room, but could easily be removed so a single sim could have there own apartment.

Plenty of room for those love bird sims that want to live together. The double beds could be replace with single beds for friends living together.

Around the dorm are 4 other small buildings: A gym, A cafeteria, Study Center, and Entertainment Room. There is a pool in the back with a fountain in the middle.

Your College Sims will love this spacious dorm/apartment while in school. Another idea is changing the lot zoning back to residential for your single sims or married couples with no children.

Although the price for the dorm is $0, if it is changed to a residential lot it is $196,971.
