Combining the comforts of nature and modern technology, without completely breaking the bank!

This is a very unusual lot, for a couple of reasons. First, I built it on a 2x2, which means it's rather small. Secondly, I used a floorplan as the basis of my design and furnishing, which adds to the different sort of layout of the house.

(Furnished lot is ready for immediate move-in. The unfurnished lot does not include any of the landscaping, and several of the floors have been switched out for cheaper substitutes. I'm sure some more money could be saved by switching out walls and floors and selling back the windows, making this an interesting starter.)
