Contemporary Barn

This time is surefire! I did NOT break any rules, forget any custom content, or leave anything out! This will be my fifth attempt to upload to MTS2, the site I have been enthusiastically trying to contribute to. So here it is, the suburban converted barn home seen so often in neighborhoods with a classy twist, The Contemporary Barn, by sim-potato-711 (remember the name; I'll be back!)



There it is. With 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a 2-car garage, living room, dining room, kitchen, loft, 2 porches, a lumpy-shaped pool, 2 fireplaces, authentic Behr interior paints, and beautifully mowed lawn, The Contemporary Barn is perfect for a three-to-four person family, in any neighborhood whether it be modern, suburban, or oceanfront.



The interior has hardwood floors, that Behr paint I've come to obsess over, and tasteful decoration (or that's what my cousin tells me).

Just one thing--the "Dana" Modular Sofa, show in the top interior picture above, requires a little patch called SharedIsASectionalSofa by Inge Jones here at MTS2. It allows the sofa (and other custom sectional sofas) to function as a sectional. This quick-and-easy patch can be found here.

Without this patch, the sofa will just appear as a bunch of chairs in a row, but if you are still hesitant, there's always the unfurnished version.

Also, don't be decieved by the seemingly long custom content list. With a furnished and unfurnished version, many cc's are repeated in the list.
