Think again. I can create a fully decorated and furnished legacy home on a 5x5 lot and still have money left for bills/food etc. until my sim gets a job. This is where I upload it so that other legacy players can use it.
This very small house (The actual house is only 5x4 squares!) is designed for use with the Legacy Challenge. It is on a 5x5 lot and costs $19,786, leaving $214 left for your sims. It comes fully decorated, and in case you have not noticed, it's a house. Yer, so if you have seasons you cant complain about your founder freezing or burning!
This house comes with:
A bed, a bookshelf for cooking, cleaning, mechanical and fun, a chair which can be used while eating too, a stereo for body and fun, a shower, a toilet, a phone, located in the bathroom as to not wake sims up, a mirror for charisma, a cooking counter, an oven, a fridge and a light.
PLEASE NOTE: I USED THE UNI FRIDGE AND SHOWER IN THIS UPLOAD.
