Well you've seen the first and second of this series of starters, here's the third! It is similar in style (outside) to the second, purely because these houses are being built by me for a neighbourhood I want to use in-game, so streets must be co-ordinated!
This one is very well furnished for the money I think, I would be happy to live here

Living Room/Kitchen/Hall
Bathroom
Master Bedroom
Single Bedroom

Hopefully this is a good home for your sims to start out in - I've tried to include a lot of the skill building items so they will be able to learn from the off
