GENERAL INFORMATION ABOUT THE COLLECTION
There are 11 houses in this collection and each has been personally altered from my original set presented on TSR (The Sims Resource). I made the rooms more spacious and added a few details that I didn't when creating the original set. With the exception of the Solis Mansion (which I fully furnished), the remaining lots have a few furniture items in each room so you will know what each room was designed for!

I included original image shots for comparison purposes. Please keep in mind that the houses are NOT exact replicas!

As of January 2008 all stephanie b. lots will use the original Sims 2 game and the core Expansion Packs. STUFF PACKS are no longer needed to download stephanie b. lots!

CUSTOM CONTENT
Please understand that I :lovestruc LOVE :lovestruc build mode and garden Custom Content as it often helps to bring my lots to life. While I try not to include too many custom based objects in my game, they will more often than not be a part of my lots. I mainly use windows, doors, fencing, roofing, flowers and my textures (walls, floors & ground covers). On occasion, I may use a specific furniture set if I am creating a theme-based lot. Also keep in mind that when there are multiple downloads on the page, the custom content is spread out between all of the lots. If you prefer not to use custom content, simply use the SIMS2PACK to uncheck the objects you don't want in your game. Keep in mind, doing so may change the "look" of the lot with build mode items.

MY TEXTURES:
All stephanie b. walls, floors and ground covers included in houses downloaded from MTS2 can be used in lot creations on any free or pay site as long as I receive credit for the textures. Please do not post my textures (walls, floors or groundcovers) or lots on other sites without my permission or reupload them as your own by giving them face-lifts without giving me credit for the original design. Thank you!
