Simspirations Studios Presents: "Craftsman Bungalow"
This was my second attempt at making a decent starter home, once again, its overpriced. It was such a cute little home I couldn't resist uploading it. It also makes a nice vacation home. :: Hint-hint ::

The main floor features a wrap-around porch, carport, living room, dining room, kitchen, 2 half bathrooms, and bedroom. The upstairs loft is currently furnished as a bedroom and has its own bath. I think the floor plan is versatile because the downstairs bedroom could be turned into a study or media room, and the upstairs loft makes a nice study or home gym, or nursery. Make your sims comfy, rearrange!
