Hi all!
Do you feel romatic? This is for you.
First floor: large kitchen and living, studio, bath, master bedroom with beach view and a romantic veranda with a relaxing fountain
Second floor: additional large room (unfurnished, it can be a bedroom or a studio, it’s your choice) 1 bath (furnished), balcony on the beach, with telescope.
The lovely lake on the front works perfectly for practising fishing.
Alarms in discrete points.

Cleaned, checked and tested in game (a clone lot), either in Twikki Island and in regular neighbourhoods (it works provided that the lot is placed along the sea in a slot with enough space).
Built with AGS.
IMPORTANT note for Mehrlicht (and for all of you who love the pixelated damned little people hehe): no sims were sacrified for testing this lot.

Please, do not upload anywhere (NO absolutely no Exchange NO paysites) and do not claim at yours. As far as my recolors they are and must remain free. Obviously you can use them as much as you want, I'll be very glad. Give credit, don't claim at yours, these are basic golden rules good for all the community.

- turquoise recolor of tiki recliner (and it works also for chair and loveseat) by me
These files are not really needed if you don’t like them or already have something similar, but if you want them please remember to put them in your download folder before installing the house.
