Hi guys.
This lovely house is one of my favourite lots for playing, in these days.
It features a spectacular view of the sim-ocean, very romantic at evening when the sunset colors everything in orange and gold. If your sims like to play the piano, here there's a beautiful veranda quite on the white sand beach, where the piano players can surely find inspiration and think to be Mozart or Chopin for a while.



This lot is designed for a couple + 1-2 kids.
It features also a nice bbq place and a warm lake.
I built it in Twikki Island, where it's an elegant vacation house, but I tested it also as normal residential house and it works wonderfully, provided that in your neighborhood there's enough space along the coast for placing it.


Fully furnished, elegant and relaxing.
Alarms in discrete points.

The lot was built using AnyGame by Numenor: you need NL, OfB, Season and BV.

Cleaned, checked and tested in game (a clone lot) for 6 sim days, either as vacation home and as regular house.
IMPORTANT note for Mehrlicht (and for all of you who love the pixelated damned little people hehe): no sims were sacrified for testing this lot.

Please, do not upload anywhere (NO absolutely no Exchange) and do not claim at yours. As far as my maxis recolors, they are and must remain free. Obviously you can use them as much as you want, I'll be very glad. Give credit, don't claim at yours, these are basic golden rules good for all the community.
