This was based upon a basic design I found on the web (below):

It's a two bedroom property with plenty of space. It is fully furnished, although the interior decoration is very 21st century, but feel free to amend to your tastes. The layout is as follows:

Ground Floor:
Kitchen-diner, garage.

1st Floor:
Bedroom & en-suite

2nd Floor:
Bedroom & en-suite, lounge & study.
