For the Hot Nurse Outfit you will need Momma Lisa Mesh 011.
For the Sexy Nurse Outfit you will need Momma Lisa Mesh 005.

If you also want the cap with a big bright cross on it, you will need mijutaro´s mesh.



Edit: For those of you who like it more scary or with a little gothic touch, I made a bloody version of the Hot Nurse costume.
