This lot was created using Numenor's BaseGameStarter and requires no expansions. It contains no custom content. The lot hasn't been play tested yet, but I foresee no problems.

The home contains 1 bedroom and 2 bathrooms, a kitchen/dining combination, and a livingroom. It has a patio area in back. There is room for a driveway. The lot is not landscaped to keep the price down. There is plenty of room for expansion. Additional bedrooms can easily be added to the upper floor. The house comes minimally furnished. Lights, phone and security are there. The kitchen and downstairs bath are ready to use. There is a bookcase. You will need to buy a bed, unless your Sim likes sleeping on a loveseat.
