Hello everyone,
I have made another and final version of the neighborhood camera. Do as before. It does not matter witch one you want, it is your choice.

The new changes are:
smoother movement,
Faster movement,
+ all the changes from "Enchanced version of "Basic Camera Hack * Compatable with Bon Voyage*"
MOST IMPORTANT YOU WILL NOT NEED THAT TO RUN THIS!

Ok this is what I found out any new expansions, maxis takes away all mods and refreshes it to the original state. So you all have to redownload it and just follow the instructions as usual.

idito0o135 has found out that it works with Apartment Life! So thanks (if this works with A.L. then so do all cameras).
