Remember the coffee shop from the sitcom Seinfeld? The exterior was Tom's Restaurant, an actual restaurant on 112th and Broadway in New York City.

The coffee shop is situated on the first floor of a brownstone and includes a community lot stove, podium and restrooms.

The restaurant functions on its own like a community lot with cook, 2 servers and maitre d. It can also be opened as a home business by using the phone. You can hire more employees if you like or just keep the free labor. If you delete the cookstation and podium, the community lot employees disappear.
Two walkup apartments are furnished with a city flair and are spacious. The lot was moved into and tested. I did not detect any bugs or glitches. Please let me know if you experience any problems. I hope you enjoy and have fun with this! Any comments and feedback is appreciated.
