Small Loaded Trailer, Basegame, $19,919, fully furnished

I have several versions of this little starter trailer in my games. It comes fully furnished and landscaped, with everything 1 or 2 sims need to get started in their simlife. Including a pool, telescope, TV, burglar alarm, draperies and flowers to tend. I thought it would work well in a base game version--which thanks to Numenor's AnyGameStarter is fairly easy to do.

The space is very compact, but laid out efficiently. It works well for a sim or two and a visitor or two, but becomes crowded at 4 or 5 when sims start to get in each others way in the compressed space.

There is space to put in a driveway, if you have Nightlife or the Maxis download.
