Welcome to yet another in my barrage of downtown buildings. I present to you the “Simi-Bank Office Tower”.



It houses the corporate offices for Simi-Bank in addition to a downtown branch. It has eight floors of office space and in the lobby there is a bank branch, coffee shop and mini-mart.

I have it built as a residential lot with the ability to easily convert to community. The top floor is furnished as offices. I left the remaining floors unfurnished to allow for your own creative touches.

I have included my recolor of the security desk in warm wood. Also, there is a recolor I made of the “Sims Must Wash Hands” sign I use as an office plaque.
