Here is another installment in my “Metro” series of downtown buildings and apartments.



Welcome to the “Cozy Casa” apartments - Small apartments for big downtown lifestyles.

I use this building for my Sims with more modest budgets. I have furnished one of the apartments on the top floor and left the remainder to your design tastes. Despite the small size of the four apartment units, the building has off-street parking for 4 vehicles in the back. It also contains a fitness center and lounge area off the lobby.
