The Ultimate 4-Room Dorm includes:

-4 dorm rooms that each have:
---twin bed
---dresser
---recliner
---private powder room (toilet & sink)
---private patio
-exercise & wellness room with male & female showers (2nd floor)
-fully equipped kitchen
-common room with entertainment & study resources
-landscaped courtyard

I call this series of dorms "ultimate" because they are my ideal; they include everything a college sim needs without being too luxurious or too sparse, the architecture is realistic, there aren't too many dorm rooms, and they're just fun to play :o) This 4-room dorm has a nice intimate feel to it, and thanks to it's smaller size it runs much faster than the bigger Ultimate Dorms. All of the dorms in my Ultimate series go together design wise to create a cohesive & consistent looking college campus.
