Ok, so this is my third base game starter lot in European style.

It is, as all the other, good expandable and is fully furnished for your Sim, who searches for an affordable starter home.

This one is with a little pool outside. :-)

1 Living Space with bookshelf and cd player
1 toilet

upstairs:
1 Bedroom (double size bed)
