Title: Newbie Road 58 [NL] - Starter House
Category: Lots & Housing > Residential > Starter Homes

Cost: 19.905
Lot size: 2x2

Nightlife expansion required.
Custom content: 4 x wallpaper, by myself

Description:
Starter house for 1-2 sims, with pool and a small shed in the garden. Fully furnished, with driveway; some landscaping and decoration.

1 x double bedroom
1 x bathroom
1 x kitchen/dining/living room
1 x garden shed (empty)

Basic appliances included: lights, toilet, bathtub, fridge, kitchen sink, phone, burglar alarm, smoke detector, bookshelf. This house also has a microwave, a sink and a mirror, a pool, and an outdoor grill.

Expandability: Shed can be enlarged, perhaps also a room added behind the bedroom.

Note:
If you get an "expansion pack data required" error upon installation, use Clean Installer instead of the Maxis one. Apparently this is a known issue (not specific to this download), see this thread describing the problem and this post (daysies) explaining the workaround.

Enjoy!
