This is similar to Newbie Road 104 and 104a from the outside, but has a different floorplan (it's slightly smaller as well). Furnished for 1-2 sims with a spare bedroom, fenced-in garden with pool, room for two driveways next to the house.

1 x double bedroom
1 x bathroom
1 x kitchen/dining
1 x living room
1 x spare room (empty)

All basics included with a dresser and mirror as a small extra .. and the pool, of course.

Please note: this is playtested, and I had to package the actual playtesting lot because I couldn't find the empty copy aymore -- however, I re-furnished it after moving out the tester so you shouldn't see much of a difference. Build mode objects are probably slightly deprecated, but the furniture has never been used. Screenshots are from the re-furnished version, too.
