Welcome to your new home, the Vival Apartments! (jeez I'm creative.)

Each apartment comes furnished with everything you need to survive. One apartment, however, is completely furnished.
IMPORTANT NOTE: You have to use the boolprop testingcheatsenabled true cheat in order to rent the furnished apartment. With the cheat activated, shift-click the door to rent the apartment with its furnishings. If you don't do this, you'll be missing everything except the kitchen appliances & the bathroom objects.
There is also a large pool with an elevated diving platform, (the animation is a bit screwy, but it looks cool!) a playground for the little'uns, and a common room with a bookshelf, poker table, and pool table. Above the common room is a small loft apartment for those sims who can't afford the bigger units.
Prices range from §666 (Yeah, bad number, I know) for the loft-ish apartment to §2,959 for the fully furnished apartment.
I have tested this lot and I couldn't find any problems other than the diving board, as previously mentioned.
