Ashdown Court - Duplex w/ Courtyard, No CC

Ashdown Court is based on real floorplans by the same name. Since I don't like/can't play large lots I decided to built some older computer friendly smaller duplexes.



Each side features (without cheats):

2 bedrooms
1 bath - tub/shower, toilet, sink, mirror included
Living area with fireplace
Spacious kitchen with dining nook, trash chute included
No common walls so noisy neighbors aren't a problem.
Fire alarm, burglar alarm and phone included

To get the furnished versions as shown:

Use the boolprop testingcheatsenabled true. Otherwise you’ll only get a furnished kitchen and bathroom. Once the cheat has been activated, shift-click the door to rent the apartment with all its furnishings.

Both apartments are $2182... the size is suitable for small family or a retired couple.

A copy of this lot was playtested for about 4 Sim Days.
