Old Warehouse Loft Apartments

Hello there, MTS2 Community!

This is an old warehouse that has been converted into loft apartments. The building contains 3 apartments, with prices ranging from 3,587 to 6,428 simoleons. The apartments are quite spacious and are split into two main levels. Each apartment features a room next to the entrance (for working out or doing the laundry I guess!) and two of them also have a small basement room with a bathroom (ideal for a roommate). All apartments have been meticulously furnished, but unfortunately, most of the decorative stuff disappears when the apartment is rented. The apartments are as follows:

LOFT APARTMENT 1: has a basement, the first level is one big room with kitchen, living room and a small loo. The next level has a bathroom and a bedroom and there is also plenty of space for a study. This is a quite large apartment, so you should have no problem housing up to 4 sims comfortably.

LOFT APARTMENT 2: has a basement, the first level has living room, kitchen, loo, main bathroom and bedroom. The bedroom is a separate room, so you shouldn't worry about the noise! The second level is just a small space that can be used as a study or bedroom.

LOFT APARTMENT 3: this is a quite small apartment (compared to the others at least). The first level includes kitchen and living room and the second, a bedroom space, a walk-in closet and a bathroom. This one has no basement.

The old warehouse has also been fitted with a gym, a pool, a hot-tub, a small, common living room for those lonely moments, a common dining room with a grill and a small arcade which all serve as shared amenities and can be used by all residents.

The package includes 3 custom floors and 6 custom walls, all of which are basically tweaked original Maxis ones. All of the content has been made by me. You can redistribute it, use it in your creations and pass it on freely! As long as you give me some little credit...

If you want to avoid using the hideous stoves the game provides, check out boblishman's (Bob & Numenor) 'Any Counter' Ceramic Hob ( http://www.modthesims2.com/showthread.php?t=127495 ) that can be placed on any counter and is both very stylish and practical.
