They have space for a family with up to three kids each. There is space for up to four cars.
To rent it furnished:
type "boolprop testingcheatsenabled true" in the cheatbox (bring it up with ctrl+shift+c) and shift click on the apartment door and choose "rent furnished". Then disable the cheat with "boolprop testingcheatsenabled false".
