Do your sims dream of a home in the mountains or maybe a lovely holiday house? Either way, this mountain retreat’s got room for a large family and all their guests.



This rustic home is build to withstand the cold mountain climate but it also offers plenty of spots to enjoy sunny weather and outdoor life in general.



The house is equipped with:
- 2 entrance rooms, to keep out the cold from the rest of the house
- 2 corridors with space for an office, tv nook, hobby activities, etc
- large kitchen with fireplace
- gaming room/music room/study
- living room with fireplace
- master bedroom with private bathroom
- 3 additional bedrooms
- 3 additional bathrooms (at least one on each floor)
- hobby room



Outside:
- sauna house situated at the garden pond, equipped with its own bathroom

Compatibility
While you'll need all the marked exps you probably won't need the stuff packs as I didn't use any objects from those.
