This old town house has been converted into a contemporary and airy home with plenty of space for a large family. The mix between old and new adds charm to this functional family house.



The heart of the house is the newly added glassed in basement kitchen and living area.



The house also contains several living and study spaces, three bedrooms and three bathrooms. At the back is the original patio and an overgrown garden where a single, old apple tree still resides.


Should the family require more room there is a full second store that can be refurbished and used for living space. Right now this attice space is not accessible or prepared for use.

Sadly the greenhouse roof bleeds through the wall.

This is only visible in picture taking mode. First I had walled the area in, but decided to remove the wall because that made for a better flow in the room.
Regarding the empty upper floor, I started with a two story house. But it didn't give off the right town house vibes. Adding an extra floor did the trick. Personally, I dislike very large houses so I decided to leave that last floor as an empty attice space, but should anyone wish to it is easily made liveable by adding some stairs and rooms.

The lot has been build with AGS and cleaned with CI. I have tested the lot without issues.

It does not look exactly like the full version, but it's pretty close. The only ting I regret is that I couldn't find any good alternative for the fulllenght gearhead windows. The best I could find was Tiggy027's wonderful metro window set. You need the set in your game in order for this lot to show up right.
This version of the lot isn't furnished. Get the file named "smmiConvertedTownhouseSNN" if you want this version as opposed to the other.
